Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Srinagar

Post arrival at Srinagar, check in your hotel and relax a while. Day 1 will be for sightseeing trip of Srinagar beginning with visit to world famous Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chasme Sahhi garden where you can have amazing views of exotic flora of Kashmir. Spend quality time in the premises of Gardens and then proceed to Shankracharya Temple. Enjoy the Kashmiri delight in afternoon followed by Shikara ride in Dal Lake. Other attractions are Pari Mahal, Hari Parbat Fort. Spend the night in houseboat for a unique experience ever.

Day 2 : Srinagar to Sonamarg

Wake up in beautiful morning listening chirping of birds and slow voice of water in lakes. Have your breakfast at houseboat followed by drive to Sonamarg. It is approx 3 hours’ drive with scenic views of enchanting glaciers and falls. The meadow of gold has so may picturesque locations with key attraction Thajiwas Glacier. Tourists can trek to glacier or just hire a pony service. Do trout fishing and river rafting at alpine lake. Leave Sonamarg in the evening and drive back to Srinagar and saty at hotel/houseboat.

Day 3 : Srinagar to Gulmarg

Post breakfast, drive to Gulmarg- heart of Kashmir. Click thousands of pics while passing through colorful villages and rice fields boasting rich culture of Kashmiri civilization. Major attractions of Gulmarg are Gondola Ca cable ride, World’s highest Golf Course, Skiing activities and views of snow-capped peaks. Spend 1-2 hour and come back & stay overnight in hotel.

Day 4 : Gulmarg to Pahalgam

4 hours drive form Gulmarg will take you to valley of Shepherds- Pahalgam. An ideal location for film shooting is best to enthall the romantic time with your loved ones. Enroute visit Saffron fields, Awantipur Ruins and rice fields. Evening is at leisure to observe the captivating beauty of place.

Day 5 : Pahalgam Sightseeing

Post breakfast, visit Chandanwari which acts as real base for the most sacred Amarnath Yatra. Enjoy hiking, trout fishing and camping along riverside. Visit snow point which is at 14 km from Pahalgam. Overnight stay at hotel.
